HINWICK HOUSE

Hinwick House has served as a Private Family residence for the last 302 years. The Estate consists of the Queen Anne Main House spread over three floors, the Victorian wing, the Stables, 3 Turret Cottages, the Great Hall, two Ornamental Lakes, a Tennis Court, a magnificent Clock Tower, a period walled garden and an ancient Dovecote. The Main House has 18 bedrooms which at double occupancy can accommodate 36 guests overnight. We also have 2 beautiful Cottages which are a stones-throw away from the Main House. Both Cottages have 3 bedrooms each, allowing for a further 12 guests to stay overnight. We also have some Z beds. At full capacity the house can sleep up to 58 guests if you include the cottages and fold out beds.

Guideline Prices

While the prices may vary according to season and availability and the type of event you are planning, please find below a guideline of prices for an overnight stay for up to 16 guests (please note we can accommodate up to 56 guests. Please send us an enquiry form and we can give you a quote basis your requirements).

£2750 + 12% service fee + £600 cleaning fee
Weekend
£3765 + 12% service fee + £600 cleaning fee

This will give you Exclusive use of the Main House and 38 acres of Grounds

These prices are an indication and may vary basis the season, number of guests and type of event you are planning. Once you contact us, we can provide you with a bespoke price based on your requirements.
We also offer various Wedding Packages, prices of which are provided on request.

Our wedding packages are entirely flexible and can be customised to most requirements. A small intimate wedding to a more grand dramatic affair, we can host it all. With a wide range of indoor and outdoor options, and a whole host of carefully selected suppliers that include event managers, caterers, marquee companies, etc we can help you arrange a truly magical day for you and the ones you love.

PRIVATE CLASSICAL VENUE

On instructions from the owners of the estate, we limit the number of weddings we allow every year. This keeps the estate pristine and preserved and allows for a guest to benefit from a private non-commercial venue that to this day remains a secret. Hiding in plain sight a true example of classical Georgian splendour, Hinwick house is waiting to welcome you in it’s arms.
